Sales Operations Team

The Sales Operations team is a diverse team that lead and support a variety of highly impactful areas within the Sales Organization. (Sales Enablement, Systems & Analytics, Revenue Operation and Strategy & Execution) This team empowers all functions of the global sales organization from inside sales, field sales and customer success teams.



The Role

The Associate Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is an important entry-level position in a growing team. We are a passionate group of BI, data, and systems professionals whose mission it is to empower the sales organization with tools and actionable data that supports strategic initiatives. As we expand our scope, we are looking for an eager, self-motivated, team-player BI Developer that is starting their career. Your role will be to develop reporting solutions with Salesforce, Einstein Analytics (EA) and support data integrations. This will involve using out-of-the-box solutions as well as customizing SAQL & JSON code to achieve desired results. The role reports to the Director of Sales Systems & Analytics. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy dynamic dashboards to drive corporate sales initiatives
  • Use out-of-box features or customizations in Salesforce and Einstein Analytics to build reporting solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of data models: support queries, API, data transformation, and integrations to enable visualization and automated reporting 
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications
  • Support team to quickly resolve production issues

 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is required

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with SQL, SAQL, JSON, HTML, CSS, and python preferred
  • Familiarity with BI Technologies (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc)
  • Analytical mind with very strong problem-solving skills
  • A passion for learning and using technology to solve problems
  • Strong communicator and an active listener
  • Quick learner with ability to self-learn and a desire to seek out knowledge from peers
  • Team player that thrives in a collaborative environment
