Introduction

The following questionnaire is designed to investigate the needs and concerns of people in a digital connected world where printed official documents/papers (evidences) and related processes are replaced by their digital counterpart. It is now feasible to collect and store the official documents digitally in electronic wallets (e-wallet) which is the digital equivalence of a dossier (list of required documents) you are creating.

e-Wallet is an electronic device, online service or software program that enables one party to make electronic transactions with another party, including but not limited to, purchasing from (for example a store), transferring money, receiving money, etc. Not only can monetary value be stored but there is also the possibility to store ID documents, driver licenses and other personal documentation for electronic transactions. For example; through an e-wallet, a person who wants to get a work permission in a country, may request his/her evidences such as validated birth certificate, validated copies of education certificates from the relevant authorities and give permission to forward it to the related public authority requesting these evidences.

This questionnaire focuses on cases where a user/citizen is applying for something or is checking-in (a job, university, passport, hospitalizing etc.) and you were requested a set of evidences besides the application form.

The questionnaire will take 5-6 mins.
